The opportunity to enroll is open to all infants, toddlers, and children through age 13, provided the program can meet the needs of the child and a space is available. Please call us to schedule a tour and receive an enrollment packet. Prior to your child’s start date, you will need to complete the following:
  • The registration fee of $15 per child
  • Security deposit and first week’s tuition
  • Application
  • Parent/Provider Child Care Agreement Signed contracts

  • Copy of immunization records
  • Child Health Report Form (due within 30 days of start date)

Security Deposit

New enrollments will be required to make a security deposit equal to one week’s tuition per child enrolled. The security deposit reserves a space for your child and may be done up to 1 month in advance of attending. The security deposit will be refunded when your child withdraws from the center and all financial obligations are met.

Please note: A two-week written notice must be given, or the deposit will be forfeited, this includes spots being held prior to starting.


Due on Friday for the care that is being given the following week. Failure to pay your tuition by Monday will result in a late fee being added to that week’s tuition. 

We accept money orders, Visa, Discover or MasterCard. **We accept Title 20**

Full-time tuition is based on a 5-10 hour day, five days a week schedule, not to exceed 50 hours a week. An additional charge of $5 per 15 minutes will be incurred for any time over 10 hours per day, for early arrival or late pickups past your contracted time. Additional charges should be paid with your next tuition payment. Should you require care beyond 10 hours per day please discuss with management. There will be an additional amount added to your weekly tuition.

Part-time tuition is based on scheduled hours on either a per day basis not to exceed 5 hours.

Tuition will be charged if your child is absent due to illness, personal reasons, emergency, or an official closing of Playtime Daycare & Learning Center. If your child will be absent for three (3) consecutive weeks or more, you may request a temporary leave of absence. This request must be in writing and is at management’s discretion. If not approved by management, you will be responsible to pay your weekly tuition during the leave of absence.
